          RETURNS

          Please contact us at nafefteddd@outlook.com before sending anything back.

          We will issue you a return reference number together with the correct return
          address for your order. Returns sent without a reference number cannot be
          processed reliably and may be significantly delayed.

          You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. We will confirm the estimated
          return shipping cost for your location when we issue your return reference.

          WARRANTY CLAIMS

          Contact us with your order number and a description of the fault. Photographs or
          a short video of the issue will usually speed things up considerably.

          All products carry the statutory legal guarantee of conformity — 3 years in
          Spain, 2 years in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary — in addition to any
          manufacturer warranty.

          If you are not satisfied with how we have handled a request, please tell us

          business days and aim to resolve them without escalation.

          You also retain the right to contact the consumer protection authority or a
          certified alternative dispute resolution body in your country of residence.
